Ashley brings nearly 20 years of experience in the outdoor and sporting goods industries. Having spent time at top brands like Patagonia, Sea to Summit, and CamelBak, she has been an integral part of brand growth strategies—ensuring high-quality products are commercialized on time.
She has extensive experience across privately held (founder-led), publicly traded, and private equity-backed companies, and has helped guide brands through various phases of ownership. With a deep network of suppliers and factories, Ashley ensures that any product can be developed with the highest level of quality.
Based in Ojai, California, she serves clients across multiple time zones, including internationally, and has extensive experience working both domestically and abroad as needed.
Tahany Huerta
Development, Design
Tahany and Ashley met in 2018 when Ashley hired Tahany as her Associate Product Developer for hardgoods. Tahany later went on to hold roles at Black Diamond Equipment and Outdoor Voices, as well as complete freelance design work for various brands.
Tahany is a hands-on Product Designer and Developer with an incredible eye for detail and is also a talented sewer/seamstress. Well-versed in technical design, she understands the balance between form and function and is an expert in fit.
An avid climber and mountain biker, Tahany brings her knowledge of end-use application to the products she designs. She is based in Flagstaff, Arizona, and is experienced in working across multiple time zones, both domestically and internationally, as needed.
